Primitive Nation

What is a Primitive Nation?  What does Primitive Nation stand for?  What does a Primtivie Nation do?  We, the "Primitive Nation" play games in fantasy genre MMORPG for fun.  We are a guild dedicated to being primitive in nature.  What do we stand for... virtual coin for virtual mercenary work.

Primitive =   ADJECTIVE: Not derived from something else; primary or basic.
Nation =   NOUN: A relatively large group of people organized under a single, usually independent government; a country.

So from the above definitions we are a nation of people derived from the most basic or primary.  What is the most basic or primary to us?  In MMORPG it is killing other players.  Thats what we do... collecting coin for it is icing on the cake.

Gaming Resume' :  We of the Primitive Nation have been gaming online since 1992.  We started in EGA battletech in House Davion and then moved to the mercenary unit The Iron Brigade.  Upon the death of battletech we moved to Ultima Online but most players did not like the change from sci-fi to fantasy and we never gained ground,  UO changed and inevitably new games came out one of which being Aliens Online where we came into focus as LRRP : Long Range Reconnaisance Patrol.  Aliens Online, though a great idea, never came into fruition and we left for Everquest where we opened LRRP 2 based out of Freeport.  As new as we were to combat Everquest was not our best showing.  A great group of people but few PVPrs... we lost the one and only war we fought.  As times changed we moved onto Dark Ages of Camelot as the Free Corps Mercenary Legion or FCML which is the name we would hold for the next 4 years distinguishing ourselves in PVP for Albion and upon the birth of Shadowbane in Death server.

The FCML was the best and worst years of our guilds life as friendships shattered and were forged and we truely found our place in Online Gaming, and saw the truth in ourselves of who we really are.  We started weak and then grew strong through adversity growing to a guild of 50+ until the days came to remove the chaff,  We downsized to our core and went on to other games.  Though we had great success as players in the end of Shadowbane the game itself had become corrupt, exploited and monotonous.  We moved on to Eve Online and returned to our roots in Battletech as one of the unit names from the old days we became again the 151st Lighthorse.  We did well but the system was not geared towards new players and the one war we fought we ended up inpressing our enemy so much we merged with them making up half their total players.  When it was time to move they faded out after we left.  It became again time the FCML sought a new game...  So on to Pirates of the Burning Sea... enough said on that.  Boredom and stupid game mechanics drove us to Ages of Conan.... which was crap... in my opinion... but we moved up the ranks anyways as Primitive Nation.  We built a city recruited and finally found out the game was designed as Rock, Paper, Scissors and I win button classes.  That quickly lost our interests so we disbanded again and waited for Trials of Ascension or Darkfall.  Both games had a similiar system and ideas and we awaited them eagerly but TOA failed to find a single backer that would allow them to buildit there way and finally closed the doors on the best idea for gaming since Mountain Dew.  Darkfall it is then.. and so here we are.
